Supervisor's Message

Dear Maryknollers, It is indeed an exciting pleasure to reach out to you via the Internet on our own web page. Maryknoll has come a long way in its 81 years and those of you who have not visited the school recently will be happy to see that, though a new wing has been added to the secondary section and the former Convent building has been turned into a new wing for the primary school, your school remains very much the warm 'red-brick' school you will remember.
Even more important than the buildings, the education being offered at Maryknoll is striving in to uphold the traditions laid down by the Maryknoll Sisters in its early years. We continue to provide education mainly in the English medium and we aspire to uphold and attain even higher academic standards than in the past - all this bearing in mind the Christian philosophy of the school, that we respect the dignity and uniqueness of each person and aim to develop the potential of every girl.

I have been most impressed by the loyalty and drive of a number of Maryknollers. For the past years they have contributed tremendously through the MCS Educational Trust, not only financially but more so in their efforts to improve educational facilities in both the Secondary and Primary schools. I am overwhelmed by their spirit of gratitude to their Alma Mater.

I pray that God continue to bless you Maryknollers wherever you are. Whatever your role in life, may you be a shining example of Maryknoll's ideals.
